Mara Ventures Fund II is a commingled private equity fund launched in January 2023 with a closing of May 30, 2023. The investment objective of the fund is to acquire residential properties with upside resell potential. The funds targeted market area is Southern California with a particular focus on San Diego and Los Angeles County.
